Through our impactful blog and educational initiatives, we empower individuals with crucial knowledge about their skin health and advocate for better education and awareness around dermatological conditions on BIPOC skin tones.
Role Description
This is a volunteer remote role for a Chief Operating Officer at Symptone. The COO will be responsible for overseeing organization planning, operations management, analytical insights, financial strategies, and budgeting to drive the organization's mission forward.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Business Planning and Operations Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Experience in Finance and Budgeting
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and decision-making processes
- Proven leadership skills and team management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for promoting diversity and representation in healthcare
- Experience in nonprofit or healthcare organizations is a plus
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
