Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Stability & Efficiency: Define and ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the organization’s on-premises and cloud infrastructure systems.
System Monitoring & Optimization: Develop and implement methods for monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all infrastructure systems, including Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Networking, Databases, Storage, Cloud, Email, and Mobile technologies.
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify, communicate, and resolve issues, maximizing the benefits of IT systems investments.
Endpoint Management: Lead efforts in managing endpoint devices through InTune, ensuring compliance, security, and seamless operation.
Mail Delivery & Management: Oversee Exchange Online and mail delivery systems, ensuring reliable and secure email communications.
Automation & Scripting: Utilize expert-level PowerShell scripting to automate processes and streamline IT operations.
Identity & Access Management: Manage and optimize Active Directory and Azure AD to ensure secure and efficient user identity and access management.
Cross-Platform Administration: Administer and manage Windows Server environments, as well as Mac systems and iOS mobile devices, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Equivalent work experience (10-12 years in progressive IT roles) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience:
- 6-8 years of professional experience in infrastructure or system engineering roles.
- 8-10 years of expertise in Microsoft 365, particularly with InTune, Exchange Online, and PowerShell scripting.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.

Technical Skills

Microsoft 365 Ecosystem: Deep understanding and expertise in Microsoft 365, with a focus on InTune, endpoint management, Exchange Online, and mail delivery.
PowerShell Scripting: Advanced proficiency in PowerShell for automation and process optimization.
Active Directory & Azure AD: Strong experience with both on-prem and cloud-based directory services.
Windows Server Administration: Solid experience in managing and maintaining Windows Server environments.
Cross-Platform Device Management: Ability to manage and support Mac systems and iOS mobile devices.
