While this position does not have supervisory responsibilities, you will manage technical support operations, monitor and maintain IT systems, provide user training, and stay current with technological trends to enhance help desk services. Your role is crucial in ensuring optimal IT performance, and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help Desk Management: Manage and maintain the IT help desk system to ensure efficient and effective resolution of technical issues and requests.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, and network issues.
- System Monitoring: Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- User Training: Provide training and support to users on IT systems and software applications.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the IT functions of the agency.
