Job Summary
The Brand Manager/Sr. Brand Manager will be responsible for supporting the execution of key marketing and promotional initiatives supporting client’s first commercial asset. The position requires a motivated, energetic candidate with a collaborative, “can-do” attitude, as well as previous pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to support the marketing team in a small and nimble organization, gain extensive exposure to all aspects of a US commercial team, and help to shape the vibrant culture and working processes of an emerging biotech company.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the promotional HCP tactics for Jelmyto: media plan, field force and non-personal materials; including market research support
- Responsible for day-to-day management of the speaker program and logistics
- Congress planning lead
- Work with creative agency to create and roll out campaign materials.
- Collaborate effectively with the commercial field organization on the development of materials
- Manage vendor/agency activities/performance
- Act as an integrated member of the core commercial team for Jelmyto, supporting multiple projects and workstreams related to varied cross-functional aspects of product commercialization.
- Estimated 20-25% travel.
List Of Qualifications
- 2-5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech or related industry
- Previous marketing experience required, rare disease experience preferred
- Collaborative, flexible, “can-do” attitude
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work transversally in cross-functional groups
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's degree is required
