NexTrust is recruiting for an accomplished VP of Partnerships to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships for our company.
As the VP of Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in leading our company’s growth by strengthening and expanding our network of productive reselling partnerships that lead to mutually beneficial financial outcomes.

NexTrust is a leading provider of Billing & Payment solutions for healthcare and utility Billers and a preferred Partner for numerous billing applications. Our passion is to develop and deliver easy-to-use services that get providers paid faster, at a lower total cost, through our cloud-based platform, BillFlash – encompassing a suite of Billing, Payment, and Collection services.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Significantly grow Reseller referrals from our Partners and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) by:
- developing and implementing our reseller channel strategies
- acquiring new productive reselling partnerships
- collaborating with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to develop and execute joint Marketing and Sales Plans with all Resellers
- working closely with out Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to deepen integrations with our Partners who control their own applications
- nurturing and maintaining meaningful relationships with key Reseller leadership
- attending various Reseller and industry conferences, trade shows, and events
- meeting regularly with Resellers to review key performance indicators and modify plans
- acting as the liaison between Resellers and NexTrust’s departments to optimize lead referrals and resolve any concerns
- optimizing all efforts by fully embracing and leveraging our CRM
- Serve as a member of the NexTrust Executive Team and the broader Leadership Team to formulate and execute NexTrust’s Business Plan.
Required Knowledge, Experience, AND Qualifications
- 6+ years as a producer and/or leader in B2B technology sales. Preference given to candidates with experience in healthcare, payment merchant services, and/or fintech sales. Preference is also given to candidates whose experience includes working directly with reselling partnerships.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools including MS Excel.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Experience working independently on strategic issues with various parties.
- Preference given to candidates with a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

- Location: Preferably in Utah, Arizona, or Georgia
- Job Type: Full-time, exempt
- Compensation: $140k Base Salary + $140k Variable Compensation on target+ $20k Revenue Share Plan on target
- Travel: 15-30% of the time
