Role
They seek a dynamic, ambitious, and seasoned Director of Sales in the US to join their expanding team. This pivotal role drives substantial sales growth, forging and nurturing key relationships and crafting scalable sales strategies.

Responsibilities
- Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with senior decision-makers in tier 1 and 2 financial institutions.
- Engage with C-suite executives to promote and advocate for innovative compliance solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to penetrate the US financial services market.
- Systematize the sales outreach process, integrating automation and advanced sales methodologies where applicable.
- Market Expansion:
- Amplify the company's presence in New York and surrounding regions by leveraging existing relationships and establishing new ones.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the financial services and regulatory compliance sectors.
- Sales System Development:
- Design and implement scalable sales systems that can be replicated across other markets.
- Liaise closely with the technical teams to ensure the sales process is efficient, effective, and client-centric.
- Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales activities.
- Regularly report on sales pipelines, deal statuses, and revenue projections.
- Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market intelligence.
Experience Needed
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise sales within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of closing 6-7 figure contracts with tier 1 and 2 financial institutions.
- Extensive experience developing and maintaining business relationships in the RegTech, Compliance, or GRC sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales systems and processes.
