Adecco Creative and Marketing is recruiting for a Marketing Automation Consultant with Marketo expertise to support our growing client base. Our client, a marketing technology specialist brings their experience from startups and large companies to help their clients address complex marketing technology issues and deliver exceptional results at any level.

Key Qualifications:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of CSS and ability to code.
- Strong ability to communicate and present to clients at all levels, from practitioners to C-suite executives.
- Proven project management skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Aptitude for tackling technical challenges along with a solid understanding of business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Define business requirements and architect Marketo solutions tailored to client needs.
- Develop and implement best practice marketing programs within Marketo, confidently presenting solutions to clients.
- Oversee the technical design, configuration, implementation, and customization of Marketo programs.
- Design emails, forms, and landing pages in alignment with client branding guidelines.
- Set up, update, and test campaign elements, including emails, landing pages, and forms.
- Advise clients on testing strategies, including A/B testing for various assets.
- Collaborate with clients to develop reporting strategies that encompass key performance indicators, dashboards, and closed-loop reporting to assess campaign effectiveness and profitability.
- Analyze marketing and sales processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Ensure timely delivery and high quality of all project outcomes.
