As a Help Desk Specialist with the Florida Department of Health Bureau of Communicable Diseases, you will play a pivotal role in delivering technical support and exceptional customer service for Patient Care Programs. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and customer service for Patient Care Programs.
- Attend training webinars and sessions to master client-level data, prescription information, and eligibility assessments.
- Process client enrollment and re-enrollment applications in the Patient Care database within 24 hours of receipt.
- Respond promptly to technical assistance requests and inquiries from various stakeholders within 24 hours.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance within the database systems.
- Document all client interactions and actions within the database systems within a 24-hour timeframe.
- Review and maintain enrollment application accuracy at a minimum of 95 percent.
- Collaborate with the Data Integration Team to oversee budget summaries and amendments.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as directed by the department.
- Travel within Florida to participate in training and meetings as required.
