Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer behavior and data to set strategic objectives for our pharmaceutical clients, with an emphasis on integrated customer experiences.
- Evaluate CRM communications to identify insights and opportunities to strengthen brand loyalty and engagement.
- Work in collaboration with analytics teams to implement data-driven segmentation insights and develop effective contact strategies that enhance audience interaction.
- Explore pioneering methods to use data and technology in refining CRM strategies and tactics.
- Lead the formulation of customer-centric communication systems, working alongside cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to fruition.
- Create persuasive narratives that showcase the mutual value between brands and their customers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, keeping them abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Conduct client workshops and contribute to business development initiatives with high-quality recommendations.
Required Skills
- 10-12 years of experience in marketing, martech, and CRM.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data-driven segmentation for customer-centric strategy development.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Comprehensive understanding of CRM, with cross-channel thinking.

Qualifications
