What you'll do:
As a Compliance Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the comprehensive functions of our client's global private equity firm. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting quarterly compliance reviews with third-party consultants, managing the breach log and compliance calendar, analyzing political contribution reports, enhancing user experience within the online compliance portal, supporting employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, participating in cybersecurity initiatives, overseeing expert network calls, and collecting data for regulatory filings. Your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail will be key to your success.
- Conduct quarterly compliance reviews with third-party consultants and spearhead the remediation process for identified issues.
- Manage and maintain the breach log and compliance calendar to ensure the firm's continuous regulatory adherence.
- Analyze political contribution reports and perform necessary follow-up research to address any compliance concerns.
- Enhance the user experience within the firm's online compliance portal by managing software alerts, drafting required documentation, and resolving flagged issues.
- Support compliance processes during employee on-boarding and off-boarding to ensure proper regulatory alignment.
- Participate in cybersecurity initiatives, focusing on data loss prevention, vendor management, and broader compliance oversight.
- Oversee expert network calls to ensure compliance standards are met during information-sharing processes.
- Collect and compile data for regulatory filings, including Form ADV, Form PF, and Form 13F.
