In this essential leadership role, you will drive pre-sales initiatives across the globe, leading a talented team of Solutions Engineers and Solutions Architects. Your primary objective will be to formulate and present cutting-edge solutions that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of our offerings to prospective clients. This role reports to the Chief Field Operations Officer and involves overseeing global field segment teams while providing strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, cultivating a collaborative and excellence-oriented environment.
- Collaborate with the executive team to devise pre-sales strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Supervise the development of standardized demonstrations and proof of concepts showcasing our innovative solutions.
- Engage directly with key clients to assess their needs and customize pre-sales initiatives accordingly.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a unified go-to-market approach.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product advancements and integrate this knowledge into pre-sales efforts.

Qualifications

- Familiarity with the DevOps industry and ongoing developments.
- Solid programming skills and experience in developing demonstrations and proofs of concept.
- Proven track record of establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships.

Compensation And Benefits
The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is between \(276,000 and \)374,000 USD, contingent upon various factors such as location, experience, and relevant skills. Bonus or equity opportunities may also be available. This position follows a hybrid work model requiring in-office attendance three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday).
