Technical/Functional Skills
7+ years proven track record in software product management for Contract Lifecycle Management systems, managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, development, and support
Customer-centric approach with strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with interfacing with customers to understand their pain-points and needs and how to solve them.
Practical knowledge of business processes, enterprise applications
Solid knowledge in Contract Lifecycle Management a must
Knowledge in Data Privacy and Cybersecurity preferred
Ability to understand complex integrations and organizational structures that support enterprise, commercial and partner selling motions.
Proven ability to lead and align multiple partners across various levels of the organization and geographies.
Excellent conflict-resolution management skills; effectively facilitating teams to successfully resolve issues.
Attention to detail with a proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a distributed team across North America and India.
Must be self-motivated and comfortable being held accountable for developing and executing plans and actions.
Experience Required
Experience with Data Migration Strategy
