Position Description:
LAN CNA to support manufacturing networks.
This service includes CNA support that entails On-call support, Incident Management, Configuration and Performance Management, Change Management and Security Management.
Epitec provides with 2nd level incident management through investigation and diagnosis, resolution and recovery of all reported faults necessary to restore service to the user. The restoration of the service is to be achieved within the target resolve time determined by per incident sensitivity level.
Skills Required:
- Provide technical support for various Cisco technologies and platforms: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, Content Switching, ISDN, ATM, Frame Relay, E1/T1, QoS, Voice/Video over IP, H.323 Voice gateways, H.323 Gatekeepers, and L2 switching.
- Implement network configuration changes in the environment globally.
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot critical Cisco gear using NAT kit reports and Cisco Works RME
- Develop processes to increase performance and productivity between various technical groups within company.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in large Cisco Infrastructure environment supporting LAN/WAN devices
- Ability to work shifts for support as well as on call rotation schedule.
- Proven ability to work within a team of technical, business professionals and customers.
- CiscoWorks and ALCM experience preferred.
- Certifications in CCNA and CCNP preferred.
- Preferred B.S in Computer Science or other technical related field.
- Highly motivated individual who enjoys working on complex network issues.
- Ability to lead with minimal supervision (self starter)
