We are looking for a Windows Server Admin with Backup and Storage experience.
You will a part of a high-performing team of administrators responsible for enterprise integrations across a variety of platforms. You will be instrumental in improving the customer/developer experience as it relates to consumption of Windows server resources whether via CI/CD pipelines or multi-cloud APIs.

Responsibilities
Daily administration of Windows server environments
Design, install, and configure windows servers both on-prem, in Azure, or in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Support server OS and Application deployments
Support and manage enterprise backup solutions
Support and manage enterprise storage solutions
Maintain best practices and support procedures
Adhere to IBC policy and standards concerning server administration
Administer and support VMware hypervisor
Understanding of SCCM with advanced knowledge of patch management and OS deployment
Implement and maintain solutions and technologies that address cyber security issues
Perform scheduled and ad hoc control/compliance validation
Assessment and audit of compliance against the security policies and standards
Improve and maintain monitoring, configuration management, and reporting functions
Provide after-hours support for infrastructure weekend maintenance and related emergencies
Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation
Interact with customers, management, and staff on a technical level, as required
Serve as technical expert in Server systems administration and systems management
Responsible for monitoring system performance, network, and storage utilization
Provide support with escalated help desk requests via Service Now
Improve/update new systems and deployment plans
Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to improve operational efficiency
Perform troubleshooting as needed, assist with problem-solving efforts, involving other teams, partners, and outside vendors
Experience and working knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
Qualifications - External
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent knowledge acquired by work experience and training
Working experience of at least three years as a senior-level Windows System Administrator
Proven experience working in highly collaborative environments.
Expert understanding of Windows server trends and best practices
Expertise in securing systems, providing audit evidence, Cluster/HA, and standards implementation
Expertise in managing storage solutions for VMware environments
Expertise in managing enterprise backup solutions
