We are hiring an Order Management Representative. Reporting to the Order Management Manager, you will be an expert on the Customer Order Management and Billing processes for the Public Sector.
You will be based in our San Jose, CA home office (hybrid 3x a week). In this role, you will:
- Develop and deliver ongoing training materials to Sales staff.
- Approve customer purchase orders to ensure they meet all booking criteria, create associated sales orders and invoices.
- Read and interpret customer contract provisions that affect the order and invoicing requirements, and complete all company-required documentation for audit.
- Ensure accurate billings and adherence to policy and procedures.
- Ensure all customers are licensed. Provision and track trial features for current customers.
- Partner with Sales Reps and Sales Ops to correct all issues with purchase orders to meet corporate policies and internal controls. Suggest creative solutions and resolve escalated issues.
- Provide support to Partners and Customer Success Team on contracts provisions and customer licensing.
- Contact for audit questions on contract booking, billing, licensing, and internal controls.
- Perform complex calculations of company metrics and audit reconciliations across ERP, CRM and licensing systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- US Citizenship required
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
- Experience in order management and billing with Technology/SaaS company experience
- Familiarity with ASC 606 Revenue Recognition guidelines for SaaS products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Federal/SLED contracts
- Working knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce or similar ERP/CRM systems

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$77,000 — $110,000 USD
