Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Manager/ERP Administrator at AMACS Process Tower Internals in Houston, TX. The IT Manager/ERP Administrator will be responsible for managing the organization's IT systems, overseeing enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring data security and compliance. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to optimize IT operations and support business growth. Leading an upgrade from Epicor 9.05.701 (on-premise) to Kinetic (cloud), in concert with the Director of Supply Chain will be a key focus upon immediately joining the organization
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ERP systems (specifically Epicor/Kinetic), IT infrastructure, and network security
- Must be strong in both Crystal Reports and SSRS reporting. Be able to write reports in both formats and prefer someone with skill moving custom Crystal Reports to SSRS
- Experience with an ERP implementation/migration (Epicor/Kinetic or other similar platform)
- Function as the lead/point person for managing upgrades/patches in Kinetic, test system updates and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required for the organization
- Extensive experience in developing BAQ’s and dashboards; BI and GROW preferred
- Experience in managing IT projects and implementing software solutions
- Experience as a Sharepoint Adminstrator. Be capable laying out a roadmap to move documents to SharePoint and build a cohesive internal structure for all areas.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support
- Strong understanding of data integrity, privacy regulations, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Be able to set-up, lead, and conduct IT training for new hires and maintain training for current staff as it relates to technology updates
- Maintain the site security parameters for Epicor/Kinetic and all desktop applications
- Be able to spec out hardware requirements for internal AMACS users
- Must have a background in IT networks that is strong enough to trouble-shoot connectivity issues internally
- Function as the site lead for diagnosing and troubleshooting Kinetic technical issues; be primary point of communication for organization
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs
- Certifications in IT management, ERP administration, or related fields are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other technical discipline
