We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join our world-class Product team to help define the future of our Data platform. Under the hood, our platform is the glue that connects Enterprise data, AI and knowledge at high scale. It brings all of a company’s knowledge together, understands it at a deep level, provides industry-leading search relevance over it, and connects it to generative AI agents and applications.
What You Will Do
- Own the lifecycle of product initiatives from inception to launch
- Learn how to actually make LLMs useful for complex knowledge management
- Tackle unsolved AI product and eng problems — user experiences for Retrieval Augmented Generation, Agentic Workflows, operational insights over huge amounts of data
- Gather feedback from strategic customers to inform product direction
- Act as the “Voice of the Customer,” using your AI perspective to help the broader sales team develop and implement more effective strategies
- Define disrupting business models, pricing packages, & other commercial standards
- Work closely with our CTO office, execs, legal and engg teams
- Help steer the growth of our product & eng organization
- Own Product management responsibilities; collaborate on the product lifecycle from inception to launch & beyond
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Customer Support, User Experience, and Sales Teams
- Follow the agile methodology to execute projects and participate in sprint meetings
What You Bring Along
- 5+ years of Technical Product Management experience
- 2+ years of Generative AI product experience
- Professional experience with AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation and LLMs
- Experience in a B2B / commercial environment
- Demonstrated ability to ship world-class enterprise software & SaaS products
- Big picture thinking while still delivering on the details
- Ability to use both qualitative and quantitative reasoning to communicate your ideas reasoning
- Ability to navigate extreme ambiguity to deliver on outcomes
- Desire to do whatever it takes to make the team successful — whether that’s doing support, testing new algorithm changes, or cleaning up tickets
- Bonus: Experience with or knowledge of Prediction & Simulation techniques is a bonus
Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
US Pay Range
$175,000—$225,000 USD
