Full Job Description
LeoTerra Development is looking for an IT manager that will provide first-tier IT support service to the organization, with a focus on the corporate office and field personnel for IT applications. Manages relationships with outsourced providers to make sure associated hardware, software, and network are stable and scalable, perform within agreed targets, and provide a secure platform for the company's business operations.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Review all IT related issues. Otherwise, ensure adequate information has been obtained before escalating or re-routing to an appropriate vendor.
Managing all lease programs for computers, printers, copiers, & plotters. Handle purchasing and bidding process for this equipment as assigned.
Overall management of company websites – updates, hosting, internal and external communication, & maintenance.
Computer asset management including PC inventory, maintenance, repair, and OS re-imaging
Technical outreach & guidance to the field operations, looking for opportunities to improve processes and efficiency though better use of technology.
Will be responsible for the maintenance, refinement, troubleshooting/support, and, in part, evolution of the core IT applications within the company. This position is critical to ensuring maximum uptime of operational workflows to avoid costly SLA (Service Level Agreements) failures and to provide support redundancies for business-critical applications within Operations.
Is accountable for the administration, design, and progression of the physical and virtual servers as well as other infrastructure components in an enterprise environment. Activities also include system monitoring, security, troubleshooting, technical support, and user administration. The SA must be able to multi-task balancing a workload consisting of baseline support responsibilities and multiple project deliverables.
Ensure health of all company copiers/printers/plotters.
Ensure the health and availability of all network systems & components
Ensure active network, server, and user administration and security
Employ backup, risk mitigation, business continuity and disaster recovery programs
Employ a strategy of keeping technology current
Provide positive support and interaction with all levels
Seek opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Drive continuous improvement in technical capability of the business
Work closely with leadership in support of all areas of the business
Management of VOIP systems and IP configuration

Job Qualifications:

Candidates must have good written and verbal communication skills, management, leadership skills, and previous experience in IT.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of the Windows 7/10/11 operating systems
Strong knowledge of PC hardware & repair
Expert with IOS/Android mobile operating systems
Familiarity with networking concepts such as IP addressing, ethernet and wireless
- Physical & Virtual Server deployments
- System patching including Windows, IOS, and Enterprise Applications
- Server Maintenance including physical repair and OS troubleshooting and configuration
- Active Directory
- Expert with Microsoft 365 suite
- Windows Application Clustering
- General computer networking equipment and concepts
- IT security concepts
- Experience with wireless network administration
- Enterprise Backup Solutions
- Some off-hour scheduled work
- BS, AS in the computer technology field or combination of education and related equivalent experience.
- Five or more years of experience in system administration in multiple environments.
- Computer system validation in and FDA-regulated environment preferred.
- Network management, architecture, or security experience desirable.
- Knowledge of standard business applications and the ability to integrate between those applications.
- Certifications preferred: Security +, Network +, MCSE: Window Server 2016, and Cloud +
Physical Requirements:
Frequently performs physical activities that require considerable use of the arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as standing, lifting, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, and handling of materials, equipment, and tools.
Lifts, pushes, pulls, and carries heavy objects, machinery, and tools.
May be exposed to harsh weather conditions.
May be exposed to loud noise.
