JOB TITLE: System Admin
LOCATION: Remote

As a
System Administrator, you will….
Maximize the accuracy and effectiveness of various tables, criteria logic and rules critical to the RCM lifecycle. Increase efficiency through the pointed application of automation and system driven logic to reduce touch and increase adjudication velocity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Analyze, review and implement business-critical Billing rules, tables, claim logic and mapping to increase RCM accuracy, efficiency, and value.
- Identify areas of opportunity across the claim lifecycle (front, mid, back) to increase efficiency and value.
- Monitor and implement recommendations for improvement specific to RCM system access control, table accuracy, claim filing logic and claim rule mapping.
- Maximize the use of automation opportunities to improve RCM effectivity and adjudication velocity.
- Install access control and regular review of user changes to minimize volatility and inappropriate changes to critical process tables and workflow drivers.
- Work with internal and external partners to understand key issues and opportunities. Implement best practice solutions with appropriate quality reviews to ensure process compliance and expected results.
- Develop training protocols and reporting to regularly review outliers with appropriate resolution steps.
- Demonstrates competency in the performance of job related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services.

- Inform members of management and/or compliance officer if addressed with an issue that challenges compliance policies.
- This position will work with all appropriate staff on revenue cycle performance to meet short term strategic goals and create written guidelines, policies, and procedures in accordance with implementation of all work processes as a result of thorough analysis.
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPECTATIONS: Demonstrates competencies in customer service and an understanding of SimonMed Imaging code of conduct and culture.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Graduation from an accredited college, university, or comparable educational institution with two or more years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and the public and be capable of establishing good working relationships with both internal and external customers. Must be proficient in computer skills and telephone etiquette.
License/Certification:
Experience:
- 5+ years in a Medical Imaging Revenue Cycle role
- System Administration in Billing platforms
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.
