We are currently looking for a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Case Goods to serve as a strategic partner and advisor to our leadership team.
Summary
The Senior Vice President of Case Goods is responsible and accountable for establishing and driving execution of the business priorities for this major function at Ashley. This role oversees all case goods-related initiatives, maintaining a focus on product development, marketing strategies, and sales growth. As a senior leader, the SVP will ensure Ashley meets its strategic goals, continues to grow, and thrives. This includes creating and executing plans and strategies to develop business, achieve sales goals, and enhance the brand. The SVP will manage the case goods team, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth. This individual is expected to create a culture of success, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Create Alignment and Accountability in the Sales Organization

Delegate decision-making authority and task responsibilities to ensure flawless execution of Ashley’s strategies.
Execute Competitive Sales Strategy
Use insight into market drivers to execute a competitive sales strategy that will create new business opportunities. Execute a competitive sales strategy for Ashley by aligning communication, people, culture, and processes. Leverage business knowledge and experience to drive sales strategies that will gain competitive advantage.

Schedule Expectations
- Flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary; 70% travel.
Experience and Qualifications
10+ years of retail/case goods leadership experience. Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field. Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and projects. Strong understanding of retail operations and business processes.
Additional Information
This position may require occasional travel. Flexibility to manage multiple projects concurrently and work under tight deadlines. Strong ability to adapt to changing business environments and priorities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
