Title: Jr. Systems Administrator
Reports to: Director of Technology
Position Summary: Responsible for executing our strategic technology plan, optimizing the use and user experience of our Epicor ERP, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce B2B Commerce and other business software systems. Help the company gain a strategic advantage through our business technology systems.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in ERP and/or CRM Administration
- Proven experience with complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to collect, organize data, recap discoveries and develop conclusions and provide recommendations.
- Articulate and courteous manner demonstrating superb communication skills
- Ability to remain professional in demanding and busy situations with a customer centric, “can-do” attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications primarily, Word, Outlook & Excel
Qualifications desired but not required:
- Past experience with a musical instrument distribution company, or knowledge of musical instrument products
- Experience with administering and/or implementing Epicor Kinetic & Salesforce (Sales and Commerce Clouds).
- Experience with eCommerce development and implementation
Essential functions and responsibilities:
- Serve as Tier 1 support for ERP, CRM & Commerce system issues reported by end users
- Work with users, customers, outside vendors and consultants as required to optimize and enhance user experience in our Epicor ERP 10, Salesforce CRM & Commerce systems
- Work with various departments to test and implement ERP, CRM & Commerce application projects including system upgrades and changes
- Create documentation and implement user acceptance testing for upgrades and design changes
- Work to implement solutions to business problems and streamline workflow to increase productivity of staff
- Direct the activities necessary to keep the technology systems and applications running seamlessly, efficiently, and effectively while ensuring security and compliance
- Assist the Director of Technology with strategic design and prioritization of long-term projects involving business systems (Epicor ERP, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce B2B Commerce, etc.)
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
