Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced “solution-minded” business systems analyst who will deliver important projects to lead our top-line growth. The main responsibility of this position will be to work with our partners and lead implementation, enhancements and support our Learning Management Systems and its integrations to other systems such as Salesforce. You will be reporting to the Manager, Learning Management Systems, working as an individual contributor. You’ll be responsible for:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Zscaler Academy, Revenue Enablement, People & Culture, GTM) to define processes, strategies, priorities, and the Annual Operating Plan.
- Develop technical requirement documents, process flows, user stories, and system design specifications.
- Analyze data from various sources, resolve inconsistencies, and break down complex information into detailed insights.
- Partner with the development team to deliver enhancements by configuring Salesforce or providing design specifications for internal development.
- Define test criteria, assist in testing new features, and oversee the entire solution process from gathering requirements to deployment and monitoring.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 8+ years of experience as a business systems analyst, implementation consultant, or solutions architect, supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS), Salesforce, and related applications.
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst and administrator for LMS platforms like SkillJar, Litmos, or Cornerstone, with working knowledge of Salesforce integrations.
- Expertise in end-to-end Learning Management processes for a SaaS technology company and experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale, technically complex solutions on LMS, Salesforce, and related ecosystems.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, especially AI-related tools, with strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Experience researching software issues and functionalities, with a preference for Salesforce certifications.
- Hands-on experience working with and supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS)
This role offers remote work option
Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$122,500 — $175,000 USD
