Job Description
Primary responsibility is to supervise the design, installation, and running of IT, data and telephony systems in our organization. Provide stable and secure technical operations for all corporate functions. This includes management of all shared services computing platforms, network management, deployment of standard technology, upgrades/patch management, technical change management, etc.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure that current and future technical services and solutions are aligned and delivered with company’s business needs and industry standards
- Develop and maintain architecture of the infrastructure
- Provide appropriate leadership to help shape IT strategy
- Proficiency of monitoring and maintaining virtual servers using software such as VMware or similar technologies
- Install, configure, upgrade, and support network equipment including routers, servers, Configure firewalls, routers, and switches to maximize network efficiency and security (Cisco, Fortinet, SonicWALL, WatchGuard, Zscaler, HP)
- Establish and govern the infrastructure and operations supporting the delivery of business applications and technical services
- Ensure all operations are following industry standards including CMMC and ISO
- Manage service provider to ensure delivery of availability and performance of WAN in a secure and cost-effective manner
- Scheduling and management of system upgrades to avoid disruption to business to keep technology current
- Plan and execute integration of technology into the business
- Handle day-to-day operational questions/issues that arise in the provision of Infrastructure and IT Services
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- BA Degree in IT or related field/or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience with IT infrastructure design, implementation and enhancement
- MUST be customer service and detailed oriented
- Ability to balance and coordinate workload for multiple projects
- Extensive experience with Windows enterprise application and systems environments and how these environments interact with each other
- Exchange Server, 0365, Cloud management, Active Directory Management (AD), SharePoint, Terminal Services, NTFS, network, and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, Layer 2 & 3 devices)
- Linux/UNIX environments preferred (Basic scripting, etc…)
- Experience supporting SAN devices (EMC, HP Nimble, Network Appliance) and VMware - SQL a plus
- Professional level network certifications prefer but not required (CCNA, CompTIA, MCSE)
- Experience in the monitoring and maintenance of data centers and their supporting policies such as Disaster Recovery, Incident Response, Risk Analysis and Business Continuity
- Possess good organizational, decision-making, and logical troubleshooting skills
- Must be able to think strategically & establish direction
- Ability to learn new applications and programs
- Effective written & oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary Range
