We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Regional Manager to lead the growth of our new Miami office.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow this new regional office in a growth market.
- Seek out, identify and secure new clients ensuring consistent workflow to the office.
- Manage incoming proposals and evaluate and approve RFPs.
- Operate within budget parameters
Client Development
- Solicit new clients and projects for the Miami Region.
- Use existing marketing materials to give presentations to potential new clients.
- Attend local business conferences and groups to engage new clients.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and foster repeat business.
Requirements
- Four year bachelor’s degree,
- 8+ years of demonstrable people and team management experience and skills
- Customer engagement skills/experience (business development)
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
- P&L and associated financial metrics experience
- Experience with MFST tools (Excel, Teams, etc.) Knowledge of analytics a plus
