Requirements:
· 4+ Years of experience w/Windows Server Environments
· 4+ years of experience with SQL & SQL Server
· 4+ years of experience with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP
· 4+ years of experience with MS Office Pro 2010 (and beyond)
· 4+ years of SharePoint experience
· 4+ years of Microsoft Exchange
· 2+ years of Visual Basic scripting experience
· High Diploma or equivalent
· 4+ years of IT Administration (including equipment management)
· Comfortable being a "jack of all trades" in a small IT team, helping others as necessary.

Job Responsibilities:
· Provide support for the corporate Windows Network, Viewpoint Server, Epicor Database and Application Servers, Exchange Server (E-Mail), E-Mail Filtering Server and the ShoreTel VOIP Telephone system. This includes performing backups, troubleshooting problems with hardware and software when needed, and ensuring the computer systems, network and telephone system run efficiently. In addition, configure the network for the best performance possible.
· Ensure adequate availability and reliability of all IT services, assets, and systems.
· Provide hardware and software support for LAN (Local Area Network) users. Perform LAN/hard disk back-ups and assist end users with questions and problems. Interface with other departments, vendors, or consultants to resolve problems.
· Install and maintain workstations. This includes setting up new workstations, replacing equipment not operating properly, evaluating and recommending new equipment, and installing peripherals in a timely manner.
· Provide training or individual assistance to users.
· Provide communications support. This includes maintaining the firewall, routers, and switches troubleshooting T1 connections to Network & Internet and TCP/IP connectivity problems over the network.
· Provide software support. This includes evaluating, purchasing, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting software.
· Administer the E-mail Filtering Software. This includes developing and maintaining rules, releasing and/or deleting filtered E-mails, downloading and applying updates to dictionary and applying updates/upgrades to software and/or changes to existing server configuration when needed.
· Administer the Microsoft Exchange Server (E-Mail). This includes adding, changing, and deleting users as needed; troubleshooting client and/or server issues, applying updates/upgrades to software and/or changes to existing server configuration when needed.
· Assist contractors as needed. This includes updating, adding, and deleting any items on the current web pages to keep them up to date and designing new pages when needed.
· Maintain, configure and support IT systems in a hybrid environment (cloud, mobile, and on-premise) including AD, servers, PCs, networking equipment, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
· Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
· Ensure protection of company assets, including cybersecurity solutions and enhancements, as well as compliance of information protection with different regulations.
· Maintain backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
· Ensure that environmental or financial risk management reporting is conducted in a timely and professional manner to supervisor.
