Title: Director of DevOps and Infrastructure
Location: Strong Preference to hybrid in DFW - Offices located in Austin, Fort Worth, and NYC.
Overview of Role:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Infrastructure to lead our cloud strategy and architectural initiatives. This role will manage a team of DevOps and infrastructure engineers and focus on designing and implementing robust, scalable cloud solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and strike a balance between player-coach to best lead your team.

Role Description:
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based architecture.
- Comprehensive cloud strategy that optimizes performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor traffic production and how to best scale.
- Monitor costs of cloud and resource allocation.
- Establish and enforce best practices for cloud governance, compliance, and security.
- Mentor, manage, and grow a team of cloud architects and engineers.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to maintain a robust and cutting-edge infrastructure.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s or higher preferred.
- Familiarity with C# and .NET environments.
- 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure, and platform services.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
- Experience and knowledge within data governance and security best practices.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Able to handle a more hands-on role, with a player-coach mentality.
- Familiarity with advertising, e-commerce, or high-growth startup experience is a huge plus.
