Intelligence Management Specialist Mid
***This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance***
Cherokee Preting is seeking exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as Intelligence Management Specialists at the mid-level in support of the U.S. Army Operations Group (AOG) at Ft. Meade, MD. The Intelligence Management Specialist shall provide support to the AOG Directorate of Operations Identity and Data Management Office (IDMO).

Intelligence Management Specialist Mid Responsibilities Include:
- Provides specialized knowledge and experience with Army HUMINT to assist in development and implementation of a holistic individual and organizational risk reduction program
- Use experience, analysis, and time management to work with a small team in planning and orchestrating the multi-faceted build of organizational structures and capabilities to provide risk mitigation and enable operational security
- Receive operational requirements and conduct original research and analysis of open and classified reporting to determine individual and organizational risk
- Apply subject matter expertise in signature reduction to advise and inform personnel on best operational security and risk mitigation measures during operational activities
- Assist in the development of planning documents and build out of organizational structures to aid in the future footprint of the unit
- Work with external Army and other DOD organizations to understand and apply due diligence and risk mitigation methodologies in multiple project life cycles
- Collect and compile factual data to be incorporated into larger due diligence and analytical projects; prepares and disseminates finished assessments
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Intelligence Management Specialist Mid Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience within the IC, must include knowledge of and experience with intelligence operations planning and its various disciplines, functions, processes.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in operations security, identity management, signature reduction
- Active TS/SCI - must be willing and able to obtain CI Polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Completion of the following:
- Advanced Technicians Course (ATC)
- Due Diligence Course (DDC)
- Completion of Advanced Planners Course highly desired
- Experience with all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis.
- Experience in delivering global situational awareness in support of planning, synchronization, decision making and execution of client missions.
- Knowledge of state-of the- art intelligence analysis tools.
- Experience in manning research and coordination for projects.
- Experience in instructing and interacting with small groups on data and information requirements and coordinating tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for preparing, presenting, and communicating complex topics using available multimedia software and applications.
