- The ideal candidate is currently in a VP-level role with a max of 15-20 years experience
- Property & Casualty Insurance exp is a must
- Applicants who can keep up with trends such as AI and someone very passionate about IT
- The ideal background is someone who has product experience in the Property & Casualty world
- Teams Focus builds and sells a cloud-based platform to assist with underwriting and insurance operations for small ins companies and independent agents
- Team size: 65 - 75 employees
- Something that can jump right in and take over but also not senior enough to not want to get their hands dirty and do some of the work/operations
- Will be working to make their current product more viable, processing improving and modernizing
- The headquarters are in Sunrise, FL.
- The role is mostly remote with 25% travel to Sunrise.
