Job Description
The CTO (Chief Technology Organization) Change Director based in the Rahway Tech Center will have two major responsibilities. One will be the management of a centralized team of about 4-8 change experts as part of the CTO Office. This team will handle change management for an evolving portfolio of major initiatives to drive business impact of CTO owned technologies. In addition, this role will be responsible for personally leading the change strategy and execution for the CTO Hyperautomation & AI (HAI) team as one of our highest priorities. This includes several initiatives to drive adoption of GenAI, knowledge acquisition and automation across the entire company. The CTO Change Director will be an integral member of both the HAI Leadership Team and the CTO Office Leadership team. The expectation is that the Change Director and the team they lead will be hands-on experts at using communication tools and channels as one key method to drive change.
Responsibilities
Management of Change Team
- Manage a highly qualified and effective team of change managers across our network of Technology Centers (US, Czech Republic, Singapore and India) to execute on our portfolio of major initiatives and monitor the pulse of our employees in each Tech Center location.
- Provide a centralized tiered change service to all CTO initiatives and product teams (ranging from self-service templates to full-service video production)
- Advocate for the use of GenAI in the creation of change deliverables by the change team and beyond
- Establish the success criteria for the change team in partnership with senior level stakeholders
- Upskill a broader set of CTO employees on change using the Prosci ADKAR methodology
HAI Change Leader
- Envision, document and lead the execution of a change management strategy for HAI encompassing all initiatives within scope of HAI. This is focused on change driven by HAI across the enterprise, but also includes internal HAI team change needs.
- As a major tool for change, lead the design, development, delivery, and management of communications for HAI team aligned with change goals.
- Create actionable change management deliverables for HAI initiatives using Prosci ADKAR methodology (ex: intent statement, communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan)
- Collaborate with other key areas across the company to align on GenAI strategies and coordinate activities as necessary.
Qualifications
- 12 years of overall professional experience in Change Management and or Communications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in managing a team of professionals across multiple geographies.
- Proven experience in leading and managing significant change initiatives, including creating the deliverables personally
- Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent active listening skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Enthusiasm and curiosity about applying GenAI to the tasks related to change management and communications.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US Salary Range
$164,800.00 - $259,400.00
