What You'll Do:
- Dive into designing and configuring server racks to perfection, factoring in space optimization, power distribution, and cooling solutions.
- Design and ensure cables, switches, routers, storage systems, etc. maintain pristine connectivity, reducing risks and redundancy and enhancing efficiency.
- Collaborate with fellow experts and clients, ensuring all power and cooling systems meet top-notch quality and compliance standards.
- Stay ahead of the curve by proposing enhancements aligned with the latest tech and industry practices.
Your Skillset:
- With at least 3-5 years of experience, including a solid understanding of server hardware and data center operations, you’re ready to take on this challenge.
- Includes deep understanding of power management and electrical principles.
- Your CAD skills and knowledge of industry standards make you a pro at visualizing complex layouts. Visio or similar design software good too!
- Virtualization technologies and knowledge of scripting languages is second nature.
- Communication and collaboration are your middle names, seamlessly working with teams to achieve excellence.
