Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Database Security Architect to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and sustain an advanced schema for knowledge management to facilitate secure data handling.
- Direct the planning, modeling, and documentation of database structures, ensuring consistency between logical and conceptual data and system modifications.
- Assess the requirements of both existing and prospective systems, translating them into detailed technical, structural, and organizational specifications.
- Oversee database performance and capacity, applying standards to enhance efficiency and security measures.
- Administer and maintain the knowledge management database and codebase, managing user permissions for secure and compliant access.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to devise solutions that comply with data security protocols and meet organizational requirements.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, accompanied by a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or 5 years with a Master's degree.
- Profound experience in database architecture, design, development, and administration.
- In-depth knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Practical experience in database design, data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration.
- Strong expertise in data security and compliance frameworks, including FIPS and various security protocols.
- Familiarity with advanced technologies like Imperva Data Security, AWS Key Management Servers, and Splunk.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, and Oracle Database is advantageous.
