Description
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Policy Administrator to serve as an Information System Security Manager (ISSM). This is a remote position requiring a minimum of a Unites States DOD Secret clearance. The education requirements must be met.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ISSM role as defined in AR 25-2
- Lead RMF activities and maintain cybersecurity documentation
- Manage eMASS for security control assessment and POA&Ms
- Implement and monitor technical security controls (STIGs, SRGs)
- Oversee ISSOs and assist customers with RMF certifications
- Review system designs and changes for security compliance
- Interact regularly with customer ISSOs/ISSMs
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree with 10+ years experience or Bachelor's with 12+ years
- DOD Secret clearance (minimum)
- Security+ and DOD 8570.01-M IAM Level II certifications
- Extensive eMASS experience
- Strong knowledge of DOD STIGs and IAVM process
- Experience as senior Cybersecurity Policy Administrator in cloud environments
- Excellent project management and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AWS GovCloud and DOD cloud environments
- Experience with RMF and ATO processes
- Knowledge of NIST 800-53 controls
