We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a passion for IT systems and problem-solving. The
IT Support Specialist will help our Radformation internal teams setup and manage our hardware and software solutions, as well as troubleshoot technical issues that may arise. This individual will play a key role in maintaining Radformation’s internal infrastructure and assisting the onboarding of new hires in our rapidly growing company.
Primary Responsibilities
- Order and keep inventory of equipment purchases
- Creating Accounts and Account Management across all platforms
- Work with staff members to setup new equipment during onboarding
- Maintain Remote Boxes for testing and development
- Assist team members in troubleshooting internal IT issues
- Work with leadership on projects that grow or scale the business
- Travel On-Site as needed to support office and server operations and equipment
- Create and enforce policy documents around passwords, local computer management, mobile device management that support our various regulatory requirements
Abilities
- Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and sharing them with the healthcare community
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Required Experience
- LDAP, Active Directory, or Google Admin User Administration
- Networking configuration, administration, and management
- VPN administration
- Server Patching & Hardware maintenance
- Equipment tracking and asset management
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Radiation Oncology
- Cybersecurity experience
- Customer service experience
- Jira Ticket Management

Salary listed is in USD for US-based employees and will be commensurate with experience. Salary range will vary for international candidates and be commensurate with experience and geographical location.
