Position Summary
Midnight Sun Technologies is looking to hire an IT Management Lead to oversee IT management services for the United States Mint, ensuring compliance with federal and Mint-specific policies. This role involves coordinating with various support groups, managing project documentation, and maintaining service levels to meet the Mint's IT requirements. Position is contingent upon contract award.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide Services that support United States Mint IT management requirements
- Comply with all Federal, United States Mint, and Department of the Treasury policies, standards, and regulations applicable to the IT Management Services
- Conform to changes in laws, regulations, and policies
- Report performance against the Service Levels
- Provide timely creation, updating, maintenance, and provision of all appropriate project plans, project time and cost estimates, technical specifications, management documentation, and management reporting in a form/format that is acceptable to the United States Mint for all Service Area projects and major Service activities
- Develop a schedule of audits and reviews of the testing program based on the testing activities documented in the project's test plan.
- Coordinate Service delivery with Service Desk functions, as well as other support groups within each of the other Service Areas, in coordination with customers, the United States Mint, and all appropriate third parties, as necessary.
- Identify, establish procedures, and implement an approach to store, control, and provide controlled access to documentation and/or artifacts in United States Mint-defined documentation repositories.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree Information Systems or Relevant Field.
- 15 years of relevant field experience.
- PMP & ITIL 4+ Foundation Certification prior to onboarding.
- Technical, Project and Operation Management of data center, data network, communication services and change management services.
