Leading national retailer seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President/Executive Vice President of Sales to lead our retail sales organization. This key executive role will be responsible for driving sales performance, strategic growth, and operational excellence across our network of 200+ stores. Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across all retail locations.
- Set challenging yet attainable sales goals for regional managers and individual stores.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive innovation in sales techniques, customer engagement, and retail operations.
Operational Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of 200+ retail stores, ensuring consistency in brand standards, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Implement and optimize systems and processes to improve store performance and profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of company-wide initiatives.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a large team of regional managers, store managers, and sales associates.
- Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes customer satisfaction, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Implement effective training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Financial Performance:
- Maintain responsibility for P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements without compromising quality or customer experience.
- Work closely with finance teams to analyze sales data, trends, and KPIs to drive informed decision-making.
Customer Experience:
- Champion a customer-centric approach across all retail operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in retail sales management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale retail operation
- Strong understanding of financial management, including P&L responsibility and budgeting.
