Our Recovery Specialists are given the skills needed for contacting consumers via telephone to inform, negotiate, and collect on past-due accounts while providing exceptional customer service.
Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to effectively and professionally communicate with your peers and Client Services via email and on the floor.
- Ability to deal with a variety of personalities and scenarios while managing one's own emotions throughout the call and on the collection floor.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong customer service attitude.
- Computer, communication, and math skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication along with good analytical skills of situations.
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- One (1) year of customer service or collections experience preferred.
