Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- The Security Analyst, Engineering Support IV leads the effort in working directly with Development and Sustainment Teams in the design and implementation for security controls for IT systems.
- They review the results of security test and evaluation events.
- They review reports showing system security status and identify areas for follow-up.
- The Security Analyst, Engineering Support IV supervises and mentors subordinate projects and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline and 7 years of position-specific relevant experience.
- High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with the technical implementation of implementing policies regarding individual's privacy rights in IT systems.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliant certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in an IT-related discipline.
- Relevant industry standard certifications such as CSSP(IR), CEH, CySA+, GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security.
Clearance requirements:
- A current TS/SCI clearance is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time.
The projected compensation range for this position is $92,400.00-$154,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
