We are seeking a forward-thinking, experienced
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and operations. The CTO will play a key role in aligning technology initiatives with business goals, managing technology teams, and driving innovation. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the IT consultancy landscape, with a focus on
Energy & Utility, Public Sector, and
Healthcare industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company s technology strategy to support business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage the design, delivery, and scalability of COTS solutions (Commercial Off-the-Shelf).
- Collaborate with OEM partners, including SAS Institute, Hyland, AWS Cloud, Oracle Cloud, and Azure, to drive strategic initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Oversee technology integration and manage IT project implementations across the Energy & Utility, Public Sector, and Healthcare sectors.
- Promote the use of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and ensure best practices in project management.
- Ensure compliance with SOC2 and other industry standards, maintaining robust security protocols across all platforms.
- Advise the executive team on emerging technologies and trends that could impact business growth and operations.
- Lead efforts in cloud migration, CRM optimization, and data management strategies.
- Oversee internal IT operations, including technical support for call centers and compliance management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years as a CTO or in an executive-level position.
- Proven expertise in the Energy & Utility, Public Sector, and Healthcare industries.
- Strong knowledge of COTS solutions, cloud platforms, CRM systems, and data management.
- Experience working with OEM partners such as SAS Institute, Hyland, AWS Cloud, Oracle Cloud, and Azure.
- Demonstrated experience with Lean Six Sigma and other project management methodologies (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster innovation and drive change in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of PMO (Project Management Office) functions.
- Solid background in data management practices.
