Job Title: Senior Windows Server Administrator

What You'll Do:
- Server Administration: Design, configure, and manage Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022) for optimal performance and security.
- SCCM & AD GPO Management: Oversee SCCM and Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPO) to maintain consistent and secure configurations across systems.
- PowerShell Automation: Develop and implement PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and support multi-tiered applications.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor systems to ensure high availability, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Maintain detailed documentation and provide knowledge transfer sessions to the Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) teams.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, communicate effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What We're Looking For:
- Windows Server Expertise: 7+ years in Windows Server administration (2012-2022), with experience in updates, file sharing, Distributed File System (DFS), and cloud environments.
- SCCM & AD GPO: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SCCM and Active Directory GPOs.
- PowerShell Skills: 5+ years in PowerShell scripting, with a proven ability to create scripts for automation.
- Application Management: 5+ years of experience managing multi-tiered applications on Windows Server.
- Communication & Documentation: Excellent customer service skills, with experience in documenting systems and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions.
Nice to Have:
- Power BI Experience: Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Automation Mindset: Proactive in identifying and recommending automation opportunities to streamline operations.
