Position: IT Director
Location: Coral Springs, FL 33076 - Hybrid
Duration: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $155,000 + 7% bonus - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a director-level role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing system and network administrators, internal office IT infrastructure, and external vendor relationships.
- Proven experience working with cloud-based infrastructure (GCP) and DevOps best practices (Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards, tools, and compliance measures.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of collaborating effectively across departments and with external vendors.
- Solid understanding of office productivity tools, hardware management, and troubleshooting.

Day to Day: As an IT Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our IT infrastructure. This includes managing network, hardware, and software systems, collaborating with external vendors, and leading IT initiatives to improve efficiency and security. You will work closely with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with industry regulations, maintain a robust disaster recovery plan, and serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues.
