The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing, coordinating, and actively participating in the development of marketing strategies and products for the organization.

Job Description:

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Recruit, interview, hire, and train supervisory and management staff within the department.
Oversee the daily workflow of the department, enhancing work efficiency and promotional effectiveness.
Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Manage employee discipline and termination in accordance with company policy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the team's growth strategy to achieve the company's marketing and promotional goals.
Direct and implement the organization's advertising and promotional activities.
Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches. Plan brand promotion activities to elevate the company's brand awareness and reputation.
Manage relationships with partners and suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration on cooperative projects.
Identify new market segments that will benefit from company products.
Prepare effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
Stay updated on emerging products and services.
Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
Forecast, draft, implement, and oversee the department's operating budget.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of five years of experience in marketing and long-range planning required.
Preferred experience in fashion marketing.

Other Requirements:

Ability to work for prolonged periods sitting at a desk and using a computer.
Availability to participate in occasional conference calls with international teams.
