Job Summary:

As the Head of Brand Partnerships, you will play a critical role in driving our agency's growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with brands in the health, wellness, and lifestyle industries. You will be responsible for developing and managing our brand partnership team, setting the overall strategy for brand collaborations, and ensuring the successful execution of partnership campaigns working collaboratively with the internal marketing development / sales manager to build an integrated suite of services and client success. We are seeking a mid level management position with a minimum of 8 years experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive brand partnership strategy and client success: Identify potential partners, establish relationships, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
Lead and manage the brand partnership team: Set goals, provide guidance, and ensure the team is aligned with the overall agency strategy and team members.
Develop and oversee all standard operating procedures: Create team automation and time optimization across the brand partnership team.
Procure and develop technology platform to align to agency goals and objectives: Compare cutting edge technology within the industry in order to keep up to date with the latest automations and technology capabilities.
Oversee the execution of brand partnership campaigns: Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution and maximizing results.
Track and analyze campaign performance: Measure ROI, identify areas for improvement, and report results to clients and internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners: Provide ongoing support, address concerns, and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
Represent the agency at industry events and conferences: Network with potential partners, build relationships, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency: Share insights and learnings, collaborate with other teams, and drive innovation in our services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or a similar role
Proven track record of successfully developing and managing brand partnerships
Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Experience in the health, wellness, or lifestyle industries is a plus

Job Title: Head of Brand Partnerships

Location: Remote (US)

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually
