Position Overview: We're looking for an experienced sales person to grow and lead our sales team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for building a sales team from the ground up but also for closing a large amount of business yourself over the short-term. We expect you to develop a robust pipeline, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with management to develop a successful sales campaign.
Hire appropriately
Work with marketing closely to enhance success
Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to achieve revenue targets
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals
Establish relationships with key decision makers in target companies
Articulate our value proposition to potential clients and address their specific security needs
Collaborate with the product and technical teams to align sales efforts with product capabilities
Provide market feedback to inform product development and company strategy
Set up and manage CRM and other sales tools to support efficient sales operations
Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Qualifications:

7+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS cybersecurity
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in building sales processes and pipelines from scratch
Strong understanding of the DAST market and broader application security landscape
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self Motivated with the ability to work independently in a startup environment
Strategic thinker with a long term vision for sales growth
Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
