Independent Financial Group, LLC (IFG) an independent broker-dealer in San Diego, California is currently seeking a Software Support & Training Specialist. The primary role is to provide software support and training to IFG’s Financial Advisors and their staff for the products and services provided by IFG. This is a customer service position with limited technical knowledge requirements. Any technical necessities will be included in training upon hire. This position also interacts with various departments including Operations, Compliance, and Supervision.

Qualifications

2-3 years of IT and information systems security experience
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience in a related discipline
IT ticketing system experience
Microsoft Defender and Sentinel Experience
Preferred Certifications: CompTIA Sec+, CEH, AZ-500
