Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Analyst to join our IT Services team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, data, and network systems. The IT Support Analyst will be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues, assisting with IT-related projects, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, troubleshooting hardware, software, data/report, and network-related issues.
Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure a timely resolution.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support or specialized teams as necessary.
Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, printers, and other IT-related equipment.
Support the setup, maintenance, and security of user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Perform routine maintenance and updates for software applications, operating systems, and IT equipment.
Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements.
Participate in or lead IT projects, including software rollouts, hardware upgrades, and network enhancements.
Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems, applications, and best practices.
Maintain an inventory of all IT assets and ensure accurate documentation of IT processes and procedures.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain IT Security and backup/recovery standards
Software Quality Assurance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Office 365.
Familiarity with network concepts, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
Experience with Active Directory, 0365, and other user management tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong IT security experience.
AWS Cloud experience.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
SQL reporting, SSRS experience, or the desire to learn and grow.
