Our client, a leader in the tech sector, is seeking an experienced Lead IT Administrator to enhance and support their IT infrastructure and operations. Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain a scalable IT infrastructure, supporting hardware, software, network, and security systems across multiple teams.
Manage specialized network systems in collaboration with external contractors.
Oversee the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware selection, configuration, purchasing, access control, and inventory management.
Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers, along with employee laptops running Linux, Windows, and macOS.
Monitor, configure, and maintain internal and external network infrastructure, including wired, wireless, and VPN setups.
Apply industry-standard IT and cybersecurity best practices to ensure robust security measures are in place.
Assist in managing cloud computing services, such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Oversee the organization’s suite of SaaS tools and services to meet the needs of cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with all relevant IT regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in an IT support role (ideally with some leadership experience)
Proven expertise with diverse operating systems, networking technologies, and cloud/SaaS services (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace, Office 365, Asana, Slack, AWS, and Azure).
Demonstrated responsiveness, reliability, creative problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and macOS hardware and software.

Details:

Compensation: The base salary for this role is $85,000 - $125,000, depending on experience. This position also includes a performance-based bonus and equity options.
