Position: Vice President of Key Account Management

Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer

We seek two experienced Vice Presidents of Key Account Management to enhance our customer relationships and drive commercial success. Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

Develop strong customer relationships and execute comprehensive account plans.
Serve as the main contact for key accounts, addressing escalated issues.

Business Retention and Growth:

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention, while identifying new business opportunities.
Lead negotiations and manage tender processes aligned with company objectives.

Strategic and Tactical Balance:

Drive strategic initiatives for account performance and immediate operational solutions.

Financial and Operational Performance:

Utilize commercial acumen for data-driven decision-making, monitoring KPIs and managing budgets.

Collaboration and Innovation:

Work with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and foster a culture of innovation.

Leadership and Team Development:

Build and mentor a high-performing team, setting clear goals and promoting collaboration.

Digital Transformation:

Champion efforts to integrate digital solutions for improved customer engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in key account management or sales.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of digital tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience dealing with large volume customers is a must
