Protus3 is in search of a driven and self-directed Senior Physical Security Design Consultant to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The Role: As a Senior Physical Security Design Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting security programs that seamlessly align with our clients' distinct business cultures. Your responsibilities will span the spectrum from delving into the intricacies of physical security to orchestrating comprehensive security programs, master plans, assessments, and sophisticated security system designs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop strategic security programs tailored to match our clients' business cultures.
- Effectively manage and coordinate multiple integrated security projects simultaneously.
- Cultivate and sustain positive client relationships, ensuring the continued growth of future business and projects.
- Conduct in-depth security assessments, leveraging your expertise in security management, operations, physical and electronic security.
- Conduct in-depth security system design and operations, leveraging your expertise in electronics, electrical systems, software, and networking.
- Apply project management principles and practices to guarantee the successful delivery of each project.
- Analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and formulate integrated, creative solutions.
- Develop and implement policies, strategies, and procedures in line with security requirements.
- Take charge of preparing and managing project budgets and projections.
- Through your network of contacts and relationships, develop and cultivate new business leads and opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics, electrical systems, security system hardware, software, networking, or engineering; or an equivalent combination of experience, skills, and education.
- Certification such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP), or the commitment to obtaining one within a year.
- Proficiency in project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
- Familiarity with building construction and building codes.
- Strong skills in examining and re-engineering security operations and procedures.
- Expertise in group facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution.
- A broad technical background in security system design and operations.
