Role:
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive at Tier4 Technologies. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their technology needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will be involved in the entire sales process, from prospecting leads to closing deals, and will play a vital role in driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
- New business development through proactive identification and outreach to prospective clients
- Achieve sales objectives with new customers, along with additional or upsell of solutions to existing customers
- Research prospective companies to determine whether they fit our ideal customer profile
- Account planning and opportunity management
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of products and services
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers and partners
- Be a true solution provider and trusted adviser to clients
- Prepare and present effective presentations to decision makers and company stakeholders
- Successfully negotiate contracts
- Forecasting and pipeline management
- Manage on-going customer account relationship to include updating account information in company systems and resolving customer satisfaction issues

Experience:
- Experience working within the technology Value Added Reseller (VAR) space
- Preferred candidate will have experience selling technology solutions such as Cisco, Microsoft, Aruba, Fortinet, HPE, DELL, Zscaler, SentinelOne, Check Point, Tenable, Broadcom/Vmware, Rubrik, Veeam, RedHat, Nutanix, Samsung, ALE, Lenovo, Verkada, etc.
