Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President - Midwest Division at Moab Healthcare. As the Vice President, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing operations in the Midwest region, including client interactions, new and existing client revenue generation and building deep lasting "C" suite relationships. Your day-to-day tasks will involve strategic planning, business development, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our client hospitals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leadership roles driving top line revenue growth.
- Knowledge of best practices in Talent solutions including Interim Leadership, Executive Search and Flexible Staffing Models.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and quality improvement concepts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams to achieve goals
- Experience in business development and client relationship management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree and advanced degree preferred
